At Marietta Eye Clinic in Marietta, Atlanta, she developed an interest in specialty contact lenses and helped people with corneal problems see well again with scleral lenses. Dr. Wang has also rotated through the Lighthouse in Chicago, prescribing low vision devices to the visually impaired.

Dr. Wang is especially interested in slowing down the progression of nearsightedness in the children in her community, otherwise known as myopia management. On the other end of the spectrum, she would also like to improve the quality of living of seniors by providing them with the appropriate low vision devices.

In her free time, Dr. Wang likes to bake and travel to new places.
